Charlotte Chamberlain

Charlotte joins the Ascendion team as a litigation paralegal and research assistant. She is the primary point of contact for clients and provides dedicated and efficient legal and administrative support at every stage of clients’ journey.

Born and raised in Cornwall, England, Charlotte holds a First Class Honors law degree from the University of Bristol School of Law, a Master of Laws degree from the Peter A. Allard School of Law (University of British Columbia), and a Certificate of Qualification, issued by the Federation of Law Societies of Canada.

Her experience and expertise in legal research and litigation support originate from her previous work in a number of international law firms, commercial litigation boutiques and legal advice clinics, both in the United Kingdom and Canada.

Her non-legal time involves a wide variety of interests, including skiing, hiking, canoeing, and photographing wildlife and landscapes. Charlotte winds down by playing Irish fiddle music and movie scores on the violin and piano, as well as serving food and wine to friends at home. She honed these culinary skills by attending cooking school, working as a chef in the French Alps for a season, and acting as Vice-President of her university wine society.
